How to organize a wedding?

It may seem that everything is extremely simple, you know who is good at what, offers are collected, the best option is chosen and that’s it.

But that’s not exactly the case.

Before you start the organization, you need to define your priorities. For some couples, it is extremely important to keep a great photo as a souvenir, for some it is important to have delicious food, while others will insist more on music. Of course, all of these items are part of the organization and the wedding itself, but by creating a list of priorities, you are actually determining which of item you are willing to spend more on.

If everything is equally important to you, you don’t need to force the order, because the most important step in the face of the organization is creating a budget. Also, you don’t necessarily need to determine the exact amount you have, but it would be advisable to define an indicative budget so you can get started with the organization.

You can start planning your wedding a year in advance, not because it is impossible to organize everything in a month, but because you will have enough time to choose, make decisions and so on.

One of the first decisions must be the choice of location. The location is the most expensive item of the wedding, and it largely determines the theme of the wedding itself. When you find the perfect place, then the choice of decoration will be a little easier.

Once you have booked a location, you need to opt for music (band or DJ) and a photographer as most are all booked up to a year in advance. This way you will be sure that you have provided for your wedding day exactly the ones you want.

And now you can slowly relax … the most important items have been resolved, but only in part because in the coming period you have to choose the menu, decoration, find a wedding dress, invite guests and much more.

We wish you as little stress as possible when making decisions, and if you have any questions related to the organization or simply need advice, feel free to write to us at info@wedding2book.com
